Jagdish searches for Arjun and discovers him sleeping at a roadside temple. Waking him up, Jagdish urges Arjun to come home, questioning why his phone is switched off. Arjun explains that his battery is drained and mentions Kashvi. Jagdish informs Arjun that Kashvi has moved on and is getting married to Aditya. Showing the wedding invitation, Jagdish advises Arjun to forget Kashvi for Karun’s sake. Arjun expresses remorse and promises to fulfill his responsibilities as a father.
Meanwhile, Kashvi, thinking about her engagement, realizes she left her phone at Bajwa House. Upon returning, she finds the door open and calls out to everyone, but the house is empty. Discovering her phone, she overhears Karun calling for her and rushes to find him with a high fever.
Jagdish and Arjun return home, finding it empty. Mahima arrives, and Arjun confronts her for leaving Karun alone. Mahima claims Papa ji and Monty were at home, but Arjun points out that Monty is not there now. The beautician and designer discuss Kashvi’s costume, while Aditya becomes anxious about Kashvi’s absence.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Kashvi that Karun’s fever is under control but could have led to a coma if left untreated. Kashvi is shocked to learn that someone gave him a high dose of medicine. Monty returns home, and Arjun reprimands him for neglecting Karun. Romila defends Monty, putting the responsibility on Arjun and Mahima. Arjun throws Mahima’s saree on the floor, accusing her of neglecting their son.
Kashvi calls Mahima from the hospital, narrating the incident. Mahima plays Kashvi’s voice note, revealing the urgency to go to the hospital. The family rushes to the hospital upon hearing the voice note. Kashvi, unable to reach Adi, calls him from the hospital’s phone and informs him about their location. Adi and Dadi are shocked to learn about the situation.
