The episode commences with Vidya inquiring whether Armaan had spoken to Ruhi. Armaan responds negatively but assures Vidya that he will bring Ruhi back. Madhav intervenes, stating that it is not Armaan’s responsibility as Ruhi is Rohit’s wife. Vidya dismisses Madhav, asserting that he should not interfere in a mother-son conversation. Madhav questions whether she sees Armaan as a son or Rohit. Vidya vehemently claims her love for Armaan. Madhav, however, accuses Vidya and Maasa of using love as a tool, reminding Armaan that he must obey them. Armaan defends his mother, but Madhav accuses Vidya of manipulating Armaan and jeopardizing his happiness. Armaan, unable to bear it, throws a vase and urges them to stop. He declares his willingness to sacrifice his life and happiness for his mother. Vidya cries, and Armaan defends her.
Meanwhile, Ruhi returns home in tears and hides upon seeing Manish, thinking she can’t add to his worries. Manish approaches the door. Armaan retreats to his room, instructing Abhira to focus on studies. He pretends to sleep, but Abhira notices him messaging Ruhi. They argue, and Armaan lies on the couch. Suwarna informs Armaan about a puja in the temple the next day and reminds him of a missed therapy session. Armaan messages Ruhi while Abhira is distressed.
The next morning, Abhira and Ruhi coincidentally meet at the temple. Abhira prays for Yuvraj’s punishment, and Suwarna scolds her, causing an argument with Surekha. Abhira accidentally burns a file in the temple’s havan kund. Armaan tries to message Ruhi but sends a message to Abhira, wishing her luck for exams. Abhira, at college, faces challenges during the exam due to a burnt file. She pleads for time, but the teacher refuses, threatening her with rustication. Meanwhile, Charu, pretending to be Abhira, encounters her boss Dev Shikhawat and has a conversation over tea.
Abhira returns home, and Armaan gifts her staplers. When asked about her exam, she reveals that she couldn’t write it due to her assignment file being burned. Armaan is shocked, and Abhira directs him to inquire from Ruhi and Surekha about the incident.
