Scene 1
Narayan asks Lakshmi to enter his palace and fill his life with prosperity. She goes there and the whole place becomes alive and filled with living beings. Narayana sits on the throne with him.
Hayagriva comes to meet Mahadev with his power. Mahadev asked what he wants. Hayagri says that you do not distinguish between gods and demons. I have been wronged and I want revenge. Mahadev asked what do you want? Hayagrev says I want to win Lakshmi, I feel I deserve it and should be given a chance. You are the owner of justice so give me a chance. Rishi says don’t listen to him, he has lost. Hayagriva says that devas have peace and wealth but asuras have nothing so we want justice. Mahadev says everyone deserves justice and that will be it.
Narayan tells brothers that they trusted him and came here, he wants to reward them, he says you both will stay here and be a part of protecting this place. They thank him and say we will do our duty fully, they leave. Narayan tells Lakshmi that they have chosen the right people. Devshi comes there and says I am worried. Hayagriva went to Mahadev and asked for a contest to win Lakshmi. Narayan gets angry and says she is only mine, it can’t be. Devshi says I know you are meant for each other but I had to tell you. Everyone is on board with this proposal. Narayan says then we will talk to Mahadev. He takes Lakshmi with him.
Scene 2
Hayagriva asked Mahadev who he was waiting for. Just accept my suggestion. Rishi says it is challenging Narayan which is wrong. Hayagriva says if he is what he says he should come and accept my challenge. Narayan reaches there with Lakshmi and says I am here for any challenge. Mahadev welcomed them. Narayan says I will tell everyone why Lakshmi and Narayan are made for each other. He takes a giant form and Lakshmi disappears. Narayan says Lakshmi was made from my heart, his heart beats and manifests Lakshmi again. He says we are one so she can’t be someone else’s. You can pray to it but don’t pray to get it, it cannot be won by just praying. No one can separate Narayana from Lakshmi. Everyone chants for them. Hayagriva looks at him.
