Toshu asks, “How can I go to jail?” Anupama tells him to explain to the police and not to her. She says the video and Toshu will prove that she is innocent. Anuj sent the video to Toshu because he wanted a mother to decide, and Anupama decided to have her son punished for his crime. She tells Toshu to come to the police station now. Vanraj suggests settling the matter at home, but Baa reminds Anupama to think about Kinjal and Pari. Anupama explains that she’s out on bail, but if the real criminal isn’t found, she’ll end up in jail. She challenges Baa, suggesting she take the blame if she feels bad for her grandson. Vanraj insists Anupama will be proven innocent and advises against taking Toshu to the police station. Anupama threatens to complain to the police about both of them if they stop her and insists on taking Toshu. Toshu imagines himself in handcuffs and admits to stealing the necklace to save Pari.
A lawyer visits Shruti’s house and informs her that her parents have named their assets, properties, and bank accounts in her name. Shruti expresses her desire to sell everything and stay in the US with Anuj. She values her parents’ memories more than their properties.
Toshu tells Anupama that he was threatened outside the locker room, and a flashback reveals Pari was picked up by someone. Vanraj confesses to keeping the necklace in Anupama’s bag, assuming it wouldn’t be checked in Anuj’s presence. Anupama blames him for acting recklessly and stealing the necklace to repay a loan.
Anupama gives Toshu time to spend with Pari before surrendering to the police. Meanwhile, Titu discusses his plans to go to the US with Dimpy and promises to return soon.
The next morning, Anupama learns that Toshu has run away with his belongings. Baa blames Anupama for his actions, but Vanraj defends Toshu, stating that running away is better than being in jail. Anupama vows to find Toshu and threatens to involve the police if Vanraj doesn’t cooperate.
