The episode starts with Sushma driving away with Karun in the car. Karun wonders how anyone will find him now. He remembers he has Smilie Fries in his pocket and decides to drop them along the way as clues for Dad and Kashvi aunty to find him. As they drive off, Kashvi, Arjun, and Aditya return and wonder where to search for Karun. Kashvi spots Smilie Fries on the ground, realizing they’re clues left by Karun. She breaks down in tears. Arjun comforts her, saying they have divine help. Meanwhile, Karun drops Smilie Fries along the way, thinking it’s the end.
Sushma stops the car and takes Karun out near a well. As she is about to push him in, Kashvi arrives, shouting for her to stop. Aditya is shocked. Kashvi confronts Sushma and demands she put Karun down. Sushma threatens to throw him in the well, but Kashvi refuses to back down. Aditya pleads with Sushma to let Karun go. Karun manages to free himself and reveals Sushma’s true identity as the killer from Shimla. Arjun calls the police while Aditya and Karun confront Sushma about the murders. Kashvi throws a stone at Sushma’s neck, forcing her to release Karun.
As Karun is rescued from the well, Arjun calls the police, and Aditya questions Sushma about Pallavi’s murder. Arjun explains that Nikhil, the victim of the plastic surgery, was killed by Sushma, not Aman. Sushma confesses to killing Nikhil and other women who left their husbands for a better life. She reveals she gave Nikhil Aman’s face as part of her scheme.
