Pandit ji inquires with Dadi about whether he should wait or leave, noting that the engagement is pending but the auspicious time has passed. Adi informs Dadi of his desire to know whether Kashvi will be engaged to him. Mahima apologizes to Adi, attributing the delay to Arjun’s actions, and assures him of their support. Adi, however, expresses his wish to talk to Kashvi before proceeding with the engagement. Mahima contemplates the possibility of Adi changing his mind.
Adi approaches Kashvi and asks her if she is still willing to get engaged to him. Kashvi inquires if there’s any issue, to which Adi responds by referring to her earlier reaction. Kashvi explains that her emotional response was due to Arjun’s fall, which stirred deep emotions in her. Adi acknowledges the pain she must have felt seeing Arjun hurt.
Kashvi admits that a mistake occurred, stating that had Arjun not fallen, her feelings wouldn’t have been revealed, especially to Arjun himself. Adi questions the next step, and Kashvi explains that once the engagement happens, Arjun will move on and focus on Karun. Adi then asks if she genuinely wants to get engaged, to which Kashvi affirms, emphasizing the happiness it will bring to Karun.
Adi takes Kashvi to Arjun, where Karun expresses his desire to see them together. Kashvi clarifies to Arjun that she doesn’t love him anymore, but he insists that she still does, pointing out her emotional response when he touched her. He warns her not to make any mistakes that might jeopardize her marriage.
