Kashvi tells Arjun that their past is behind them, and the past never returns to the present. Arjun, determined to be with Kashvi, proposes to her, asking her to say yes. Their moment is interrupted by Adi, who announces that he and Kashvi are getting married and invites Arjun to their engagement party in two days. Arjun, shocked, refuses to believe it, but Adi shows him the engagement ring for Kashvi. Kashvi confirms the news, stating that she is marrying Adi, leaving Arjun heartbroken. Adi taunts Arjun, claiming that his love won, and Kashvi asks him to return home to his wife and son. Arjun, unwilling to accept defeat, vows not to stop trying to win Kashvi back.
The flashback reveals that Kashvi proposed to Adi for the sake of Arjun, hoping he would move on with his life. She believed that if she married Adi, Arjun would be convinced that she had moved on, allowing him to focus on his family. Adi agreed to the loveless marriage, stating that his happiness lies in Kashvi’s well-being. Kashvi clarifies that she cannot love Adi as a wife, but Adi accepts one-sided love, believing it to be powerful.
In the present, Kashvi reflects on her decision, thinking that Arjun will now focus on his family. She cries as she contemplates her destiny and how she had to send Arjun away when he came to her. She declares that Arjun was never her past; he has always been with her—yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Arjun, at the temple, questions God about the turn of events. He laments not expressing his love to Kashvi when they were married and now witnessing her engagement to Adi. Arjun pleads with God to fulfill his wish and show him a way to stop the marriage, begging for the return of his love.
Meanwhile, Micky and Monty return home, reporting that Arjun is missing. Kashvi, appearing with an engagement card, informs them about her impending engagement and reassures them not to worry about Arjun. She drops her engagement card and leaves, accidentally leaving her phone behind. Mahima, ecstatic about the news of Kashvi’s engagement, hugs her and predicts Arjun’s return. However, when she checks on Karun, she discovers he has a high fever. Mahima decides to give him a strong dose of medicine to make him sleep all day and ensures that he gets better. Mahima then leaves to search for Arjun, instructing Jagdish and Monty to stay with Karun. Monty receives a call and leaves the house.
