The story begins with Sayali asking Shobha why she’s upset and if Sudhakar did something wrong. Shobha explains that the groom isn’t coming out and she doesn’t know why. Aaji tells Paresh to come because everyone is waiting, but Paresh is sad. Aaji then asks Renu what happened, and Renu reveals that Tejas, who was against the marriage, agreed because he was promised money. Paresh reveals that Tejas is missing, which shocks Aaji. Renu defends Tejas, leading to an argument between Paresh and Renu. Akash finds Tejas’ letter saying he loves someone else and is leaving to start a new life with her.
