The episode begins with Hanuman fighting Bali to protect Sugreev. He tells Sugreev to head to the Rishimukya mountain limits, and Sugreev flees. Hanuman pleads with him to spare Sugreev’s life and rule Kishkindha peacefully. Bali agrees not to harm Sugreev as long as he remains on the mountain, but warns Sugreev not to come down. Hanuman assures Sugreev of his safety, and they embrace. Sugreev expresses his gratitude, feeling unfortunate for losing his wife, home, and kingdom to his brother.

As he touches the tree, leaves fall, revealing Rishi Sugestu, a disciple of Rishi Agastya. Ram is delighted to meet him and learns that Rishi Agastya has been eagerly awaiting his arrival.
Sugestu guides Ram and Laxman to Rishi Agastya’s ashram, where they are greeted warmly. Ram recognizes Rishi Agastya as the son of Lord Brahma and seeks his guidance. Rishi Agastya acknowledges Ram’s divine purpose and advises him to maintain patience on his arduous journey. He assures Ram that despite the challenges ahead, his teachings will provide clarity and strength. Finally, Rishi Agastya presents Ram with assistance for the final phase of his exile, marking a significant moment in Ram’s quest.
