Shiv rips his clothes in the market and shouts for his mother. Shakti quickly goes to him and covers him with her scarf. She hugs him to make him feel better.
Mandira tells Keertan that Shiv and Shakti must die today no matter what. They have to make sure it happens.
When the inspector arrives, everyone points guns at him. Shakti, Manorama, and Dharam stand in front of Shiv to protect him. Shakti says he’s innocent and begs them not to harm him. She warns that if they shoot him, he won’t be able to prove his innocence and she’ll file a case against them. The inspector lowers his gun. Shakti laughs in relief, but Mandira is confused by Shiv’s childlike behavior. Shiv plays around with the police officers, shocking Shakti.
Rimjhim worries about Shiv and Shakti. Nandu insists on going to help, but Rimjhim fears for his safety. Mandira returns home and tells Keertan that Shakti is playing a game with her.

Mandira defends her actions, claiming Shiv is dangerous and killed his own mother. Ragunath defends Shiv, insisting he’s telling the truth. Mandira argues that they must arrest Shiv for everyone’s safety, even threatening Ragunath.
