Scene 1
Hina confides in Dua, expressing her inability to conceal the truth. Dua suggests that Ibadat’s presence will shed light on the matter. They make their way to her. Meanwhile, Nigar shares with Gulnaz her belief that the ongoing conflicts within the family will lead to its disintegration and suggests they simply enjoy the spectacle.
In the garden, Dua and the others are surprised to find it adorned beautifully. Hafeez inquires about the decorator, to which Ibadat reveals that Manat, Subhan, and she had collaborated on the decoration. Manat explains that they did it to welcome everyone. Hamida advises Dua not to engage with Ibadat that night, reminding her that it’s Chaand Raat and she shouldn’t doubt Ibadat’s character. Kaynaat confides in Hina her determination to confront Ibadat later. Armaan informs Gulnaz that Kaynaat hasn’t taken any action yet, to which Gulnaz warns her to wait and watch.
As the family members witness the emergence of the moon, they engage in prayer. Dua prays for Ibadat, hoping she won’t disappoint in her upbringing. Ibadat prays for Mannat to fall in love with Subhan, while Mannat prays for Ibadat’s happiness and her own love. Subhan prays for his love and Ibadat’s happiness. Hina prays for Subhan and Mannat’s union, while Kaynaat prays for her enemies’ downfall, and Gulnaz prays for wealth. They exchange Ramadan wishes. Subhan hugs Mannat and extends his wishes, also embracing Ibadat. Hina, however, ignores Ibadat and approaches Mannat. Hamida hugs Ibadat warmly, prompting Dua to do the same with Mannat and Subhan. Ibadat feels uncomfortable as Dua reluctantly blesses her upon Hamida’s insistence.
Scene 2
Mannat serves food to the family, mentioning that the three of them cooked together. Hamida appreciates their efforts, with Sufi adding that he also contributed. Subhan acknowledges Sufi’s entertainment during the cooking process. Ibadat attempts to serve Hina, but she disregards her until Hamida intervenes. Ibadat serves Subhan, and while doing so, she trips and falls into his arms. Mannat playfully teases them, hinting at a potential affection between Ibadat and Subhan. This revelation shocks the family members. Mannat declares that Ibadat and Subhan are meant for each other, infuriating Kaynaat, who lashes out and disrupts the dinner. She warns Mannat against associating Subhan with Ibadat and expresses her desire for Mannat to marry Subhan herself. Mannat retaliates, questioning Kaynaat’s animosity towards Ibadat and her controlling behavior. Despite Dua’s attempts to defuse the situation, Mannat stands her ground, unwilling to tolerate Kaynaat’s hostility any longer.
