The episode starts with Raghav holding Pashminna’s hand and writing something on her hand. Pashminna asks if he is Kaul Saheb and wants a sign from him. She says “Raghav.” Raghav closes his eyes. The doctor arrives and tells Pashminna that they are taking the patient for surgery. Pashminna pleads with the doctor to save him. Raghav looks at Pashminna, holds her dupatta, and remembers their moments together. The doctor remarks that it seems he doesn’t want to leave her. Pashminna recalls Aisha saying that Raghav went to Canada. Paras tells Kailash that they might find out Raghav didn’t board the flight, causing Kailash to worry. They discuss making it look like Raghav reached Canada.
Pashminna thinks about the patient and how to prove he is Raghav. She asks an old man if he knows the guy’s ID card or anything about him. The old man recalls he had a Chinnar leaf in his pocket. Pashminna asks if anything was written on it, and the old man mentions it’s with the nurse. Moina comes to Dadi’s ward, and Reeva asks if the doctor gave the medicine. Moina has the Chinnar leaf in her bag. Pashminna asks the nurse about the leaf. A ward boy hears them.
Moina talks to Reeva about Raghav’s behavior, and Reeva criticizes Moina for ruining his life. Avinash interrupts and agrees they are guilty. He tells Moina that she separated Raghav from Pashminna and forced her to leave. Avinash reminds Moina that Pashminna went to the temple to pray for Dadi and brought a holy thread for her. He urges Moina to realize her mistakes. Reeva also agrees with Avinash and tells Moina that she wanted Raghav to find true love, but then took it away from him. Dadi calls for Reeva and Moina.
Kailash talks to the ward boy and asks for updates. Paras questions Kailash, who scolds him and instructs the ward boy to keep an eye on Raghav. Paras asks if Raghav is alive, and Kailash confirms it, adding that he should have been killed fully.
