Scene 1:
Pari brings an elderly woman to the doctor, expressing gratitude for arranging O- blood. Sanju thanks Pari, feeling indebted to her, but she brushes it off. Meanwhile, Neeti is frustrated that she can’t wake Gurvindar up. She becomes angry at Pari for being hailed as a hero for arranging the blood, thinking she needs to ensure Gurvindar stays asleep. She gets an idea to disguise herself as a doctor. Bebe suspects Neeti’s intentions and follows her to a changing room, where Neeti puts on a doctor’s gown. Bebe confronts Neeti, but Neeti refuses to reveal her plans, dismissing Bebe’s concerns. Bebe decides to play her own game.
Bebe gathers the family and mentions needing to share something important. Pami is at the hospital’s temple, where she encounters the injured inspector. Mistakenly thinking he’s inquiring about Gurvindar, she informs him about Gurvindar’s condition. Before the inspector can reveal Neeti’s actions, Neeti intervenes and takes him away. Sanju informs Pami about Bebe’s call, while Neeti plots to stop Bebe.
Scene 2:
Pari asks about Neeti’s whereabouts, and Pami arrives, prompting Bebe to mention someone in a doctor’s gown heading towards Gurvindar. Neeti arrives and feigns ignorance, but Bebe gives her a stern look. Neeti pleads with Bebe not to reveal their secret, eventually agreeing to confess. Bebe discloses Neeti’s fasting for Gurvindar, surprising everyone. Pari urges Neeti to eat something, but Neeti refuses, stating her deep bond with Gurvindar.
Later, Neeti attempts to inject something into Gurvindar’s blood bag but is interrupted by Pari’s arrival. Neeti covers up her actions, claiming concern for Gurvindar. The doctor arrives, asking them to leave. Pari questions Neeti’s behavior, making Neeti regret her actions. She recalls her past with Sanju and expresses resentment towards Pari for winning Gurvindar’s affection. Pari is shocked to see Neeti’s true, sinister nature resurfacing.
