The story begins with Natasha seeing Suman and feeling upset. Shesh is also seen crying. Amrish introduces Dhawal to Mr. Kapoor, which makes everyone happy. Natasha is thinking about Suman while Amrish announces that Dhawal has joined their business, causing more joy. But Natasha arrives at the scene in tears and becomes angry upon seeing Dhawal and everyone else having a party. She throws things in anger, and Dhawal tries to calm her down. Amrish scolds Natasha for her behavior.
Natasha expresses her frustration, saying that while Suman is fighting for her life, Dhawal and others are celebrating. She accuses Dhawal of neglecting her and the people who helped him, like the ones who got his Makwana house. She is deeply upset and shocked by the situation.
Meanwhile, Shesh and Mittu cry as they see Suman in a critical condition. The doctor advises taking Suman home and not to keep her on machines. Natasha blames others for not listening to her pleas for help, especially Pranali. She feels abandoned by those she trusted and cared for.
Natasha scolds Dhawal for ignoring her calls and is further frustrated by a drunk man’s comments. Dhawal apologizes, explaining that he was preoccupied with family matters. He reassures Natasha that everything will be alright, but Amba, Dhawal’s mother, doesn’t want him to leave.
Natasha, however, reveals that Amba’s plan to keep Dhawal away from her was unsuccessful because Amba herself had written the conditions of the contract. Natasha appreciates Amba’s cleverness and forgives her. They leave together, while Shesh and Mittu bring Suman home.
Later, neighbors pray for Suman’s recovery as Natasha and Dhawal arrive at the hospital, only to find out that Suman has been sent home. Natasha is left in tears once again.
