The episode starts with everyone discovering that Janki is fasting, and they decide not to eat either. Hari tells Nanhe to have food because his sugar level might fluctuate. Nanhe refuses, saying they can’t eat while Janki is hungry. Hari explains that Janki feels she has no other choice. Mauli and Rahul decide to end Janki’s hunger strike by feeding her. Rahul arranges a meeting with Gen Z to discuss their plan. He suggests they persuade Dadi to eat, and they’ll get food in return. Vaibhav confronts Rahul, questioning why he’s there instead of in London. Rahul explains they have nothing lacking in London, and they argue. Golu intervenes, and Mauli arrives, clapping at their disagreement. She criticizes their lack of plans and interests, prompting Rahul to apologize and shake hands with Vaibhav. Mauli suggests they start working together. They all join hands and take food to Janki, apologizing to her. Janki eventually agrees and leaves.
They sing and dance to persuade Janki to eat. Everyone smiles as they reconcile. They ask for forgiveness, recalling past moments with their mother. Janki smiles, and they share a group hug. Neha advises her to come to Mumbai and talk to Dr. Khurana to resolve the matter. Mauli agrees and decides to head to Mumbai.
