The episode starts with Rahul telling someone that they’ve become famous online because they saved a girl’s life. Mauli watches the video and smiles. But her boss, Dr. Khurana, sees it too and gets angry. He accuses Mauli of working somewhere else instead of at their job. He threatens to ruin her life. Meanwhile, Manisha offers Akshay some tea, but he refuses, saying he doesn’t want anything made by them.
Tanvi brings some Dum aloo dish, and everyone starts eating. However, they’re shocked to find a boiled egg in the food. Janki gets angry and accuses Tanvi of ruining their purity. Tanvi denies adding the egg and insists she didn’t prepare the dish. Mauli suspects Ajanta, who had ordered eggs earlier. Swara also accuses Ajanta, but she denies it. The argument escalates, with Tanvi swearing she didn’t add the egg and Vijay supporting her.
Later, Mauli finds eggshells in a bowl in Akshay’s room. She confronts him, but he denies any involvement and accuses her of trying to frame him. Mauli decides not to escalate the issue to maintain family peace. She warns Akshay not to tarnish his reputation and leaves. Meanwhile, Janki scolds everyone and orders them to leave.
She decides to purify the kitchen with Gangajal. Mauli and Golu clean up, while Jyoti starts cooking again. Tanvi and Swara offer to help, but Jyoti refuses. Swara and Tanvi blame Ajanta, who decides to leave. Mauli intervenes, reminding everyone that Janki has never mistreated Ajanta.
Janki confronts Akshay, who confesses he did it to make the others leave and because they were asking for a share in the property. Janki forgives him but warns him not to repeat such actions. Jyoti prepares food again, but Mini says Janki won’t eat. Jyoti wonders why.
