The story starts with Jyoti getting a necklace. Janki admires it and praises Akshay. Akshay asks Jyoti how she got the necklace and she explains she heard him talking on the phone and mortgaged her jewelry to buy it to protect his honor. Akshay gets upset, wondering why she did it to insult him, and Jyoti cries.
Later, Jyoti accidentally cuts her finger while cooking and cries. She tells Mauli that Akshay needs money, worrying Manoj who overhears. Meanwhile, Akshay is upset knowing Jyoti had to mortgage her jewelry because of him. Manoj tries to comfort him, offering support.
Elsewhere, Vijay brings cash for a land payment, and Manas decides to steal it. He steals the money while everyone is busy with prayers. Later, Jyoti tells Mauli about her happiness regarding Suman. Mauli congratulates her and they discuss love.
Manas is caught stealing by the police, and Manoj gets angry at him. Aashna suggests giving money to the inspector, but Manoj is furious. Manas blames Janki for his actions, causing chaos. Manoj slaps Manas and scolds Ajanta for supporting him. Janki and others intervene, and Manoj decides to cut ties with Manas and Ajanta, asking them to leave forever.
