Scene 1: Adit and Somiya talk as Adit’s family arrives. Adit accidentally bumps into Kusum while trying to stand. Karthik asks what he’s doing and tells him to rest. Somiya hides behind a curtain. She sneaks away when the doctor says she’s okay to leave. Lakshmi asks Somiya about going to the highway with Adit. Somiya jokes about Lakshmi being a detective and says they went for a meeting at their boss’s farmhouse. Lakshmi questions why they went so far. Somiya gets angry and leaves.
Scene 2: Mangal expresses gratitude for Somiya saving Adit. Lakshmi asks why Somiya was with Adit. Mangal says it was a blessing. Lakshmi receives a call from Shanti, who accuses her of trying to trap Karthik. Lakshmi feels helpless.
