Nandini smiles while Naren does the Mangal Sutur ritual. Seeing this, Manri, Ishwar, and everyone else also smile. HemRaj signals Mehul, who agrees, and then both Ishwar and Mehul leave. Jalpa goes to Roupa and asks her to come to the corner, explaining that Ishwar’s daughter is coming and she needs to see what Nandini tells HemRaj. Roupa isn’t worried about her, though, and instead, she’s concerned about Ronaq’s whereabouts. Jalpa assures her that he’s probably where he usually is.
Naren introduces Nandini to Anousya Baa, who blesses her, and then he seeks blessings himself. They’re asked to get blessings from HemRaj, but they can’t find him. Manri notices that even Ishwar is missing.
Meanwhile, HemRaj is with Ishwar and Mehul at the registrar’s office. The registrar reads some papers and asks Ishwar to sign them, but Ishwar hesitates. HemRaj reassures Ishwar that it’s just a formality and that his farm will remain with him. However, Ishwar struggles to sign the papers.
Back at the gathering, Nandini and Naren take blessings from Chanchal. When Naren asks about his father, Chanchal goes to look for him. They seek blessings from others, but Nandini is stopped from touching some people’s feet. They eventually leave to seek blessings from other relatives and inquire about Ishwar’s whereabouts.
Later, HemRaj signs the papers, and the registrar asks them to collect them in two days. HemRaj hugs Ishwar, expressing happiness and wishing blessings for the children’s future.
Nanny, meanwhile, sits on the bed, smiling. She picks up a photo of Roupa and expresses discontent about Roupa having rights given by the Ratansi family. The doorbell rings, and Nanny, despite Ronaq’s warning, opens the door to find a delivery from MLA Arjhen meant for Naren and Nandini. Nanny decides to keep the gift for herself.
