Jhanak 23rd January 2024 Written Episode, Written Update on Telly Updates
The episode begins with Jhanak expressing her reluctance to meet Guru ji due to the insult her mother faced because of him. Anirudh tries to convince her, assuring that Guru ji won’t insult her, and insists that she should let him help her. Chotan suggests that he will finish his work and come to pick her up in two hours. Anirudh persuades Jhanak to trust him and come along, stating that he has a reason for bringing her there.
At Brij’s dance class, he is training the students when Arshi calls him, seeking guidance for her upcoming performance. Brij agrees, and while he is waiting, Anirudh arrives with Jhanak. Brij questions their presence, and Anirudh requests a private conversation for five minutes. After dismissing the class, Brij and Anirudh step aside. Jhanak accuses Anirudh of lying and forcing her to come there, revealing her mother’s suicide. Brij is shocked, and Anirudh urges him to read a letter that explains Urvashi’s suicide.
Brij reads Urvashi’s suicide note and dismisses it as a lie. Anirudh insists that Jhanak’s mother isn’t alive to provide proof, and Brij needs to clarify or face the consequences. Brij dismisses Jhanak’s claims, and Anirudh warns him that he will investigate Urvashi’s and Brij’s relationship. Brij reminds Anirudh of his impending marriage to Shrishti and refuses to accept the allegations. Anirudh, however, insists that he is pursuing justice for Jhanak.
Anirudh reveals Urvashi’s suicide note and warns Brij that Jhanak has no power, but he is there to support her. He threatens to expose the truth to the media if Brij doesn’t cooperate. Brij argues, but Anirudh insists that he is doing this for humanity and Jhanak’s justice. Brij laughs off the accusations and denies them, claiming that no one will believe the letter. Anirudh acknowledges Brij’s power but insists that Jhanak has self-esteem and deserves justice.
Later, Anirudh proposes that Jhanak perform at his office event, introducing her to the world. Brij claims he is unwell and can’t attend, but Anirudh convinces him, emphasizing that only Jhanak can carry forward his legacy. Brij reluctantly agrees to come to the event and help Jhanak.
Outside, Anirudh asks Jhanak to focus on dance and reassures her. Meanwhile, Brij watches Jhanak dance and is amazed by her talent. He acknowledges that Jhanak is unique and special, but he remains conflicted, realizing that accepting her would mean facing the truth from the letter.
