Surya ties Imlie’s cot to his jeep and pulls it toward Chaudhry house. Imlie cuts the rope. Surya stops the jeep and asks Imlie about the ride. Imlie questions why he’s causing trouble for her and her family instead of staying in his own home and letting them live in peace. Surya replies that he wants to challenge her and see how she protects her family from him. Imlie decides to leave the village to prevent further trouble for her family. However, Surya threatens to cause more trouble in her absence, as he and her family are living in the same house. Imlie argues that her grandmother won’t let her enter that house, but Surya insists that’s her problem to solve.
Meanwhile, Sonali and Amar take nurse Shanti to a room, promising her treatment in exchange for information about the connection between Agastya and Surya, and what happened 27 years ago.
