Surya came back home, and Arjun asked where she had been because there was some trouble at home. Surya wanted to know what happened, but Arjun said they’d talk about it later. First, Surya should go serve food to Imlie because she hadn’t eaten anything since morning. Surya thought it was pointless because Imlie did whatever she wanted. Arjun noticed the smell of alcohol on Surya and asked if he was drunk. Surya denied it and suggested the smell might be coming from Arjun. Despite this, he took food to Imlie but accidentally knocked over a vase, waking her up. When he offered her food, she smelled the alcohol and started arguing with him, accusing him of being a bad police officer. Surya denied being drunk, but Imlie kept arguing. When Surya tried to leave, Malti and Nirmala overheard their conversation, locked the door, and trapped Surya and Imlie inside. Surya realized the door was locked from outside, and Imlie also failed to open it. She expressed feeling unsafe with him. Feeling shocked, Surya decided to jump out of the window, urging Imlie to have dinner. He fell and got hurt, which shocked Imlie, who then shouted for help. The family rushed to help Surya and took him to the hospital. Meanwhile, Indira looked angrily at Imlie and the open window.
Indira felt relieved when Mahesh informed her that they were returning home after Surya’s treatment. When Imlie asked if Surya was okay, Indira scolded her for letting him jump out of the window. Later, Mahesh asked Surya if he was drunk, and Indira questioned why Imlie felt so unsafe with her own husband. Despite objections from some family members, Indira blamed Imlie for Surya’s suspension and injury. Everyone dispersed, and Arjun asked Surya how he got drunk.
