Rukmani tells the priest that Vansh is sick and asks for advice. The priest says a boy should look after Vansh to help him get better. Bhola hears them talking while Ganga is resting. Rukmani notices Bhola and tells him off for listening. But Bhola offers to help protect her family in exchange for basic needs and a reward. He talks about respecting others, like his father taught him. Rukmani thinks about letting Bhola stay to keep her father safe.
Even though Rukmani worries about Bhola getting sick from Vansh, she’s willing to take the risk for her father. Bhola promises to watch over Vansh and deal with any family problems. Meanwhile, Janaki tells Prem there’s a thief in the house. They find Anand there, feeling sorry for what he did.
Rukmani shows Bhola a hidden room where Ganga is, too sick to help. She tells Bhola to watch over without being seen because he looks like someone called Doree. Anand admits to messing with the handloom and wants to make things right.
Rukmani puts Bhola in a room and decides to take care of Vansh herself. Mansi says she can do it, but Rukmani disagrees. Bhola stays in the room as the priest told him to. Rukmani tells Sudha to pretend she’s taking care of her baby so Mansi won’t suspect anything. The priest includes Bhola in a ceremony to bless Vansh’s health while Rukmani brings Vansh there.
