The nurse tells the doctor that Bhola is a girl, which goes against what Ganga Prasad said before. Mansi prays for Bhola and Doree. The doctor gives Bhola another shot to help with her pain and tells Mansi to make sure her fever goes down. Later, Ganga Prasad prays for Bhola and is happy to see her fever has gone down. Bhola says her father’s name while asleep, which catches Ganga’s attention. He asks her about her health, and she says her fever is better because of her prayers. Doree hopes Ganga’s care will help Bhola remember things.
Ganga asks the doctor about Bhola and is surprised to hear her being called a girl. Bhola changes the subject and takes Ganga out of the hospital. On their way home, Bhola says she’s hungry and needs food urgently. Ganga asks about what Bhola did in the hospital room. When they get home, Ganga tells Mansi about Bhola’s health. Rukmani gets a call from Ganga and sees Bhola with him, wondering why Ganga didn’t tell him the truth and made a big decision without him knowing. Rukmani prepares for an argument.
Ganga defends Rukmani’s decision to take Bhola in but asks why she didn’t tell him. Bhola says Rukmani explained it as a good deed, like worshipping a god, showing her kindness. Ganga thanks her and decides Bhola can stay, taking full responsibility for her. Rukmani is surprised by his decision. Ganga makes arrangements for Bhola to stay and assures him he will take care of her. Bhola asks about Ganga’s intentions and role as a parent. Ganga reassures him, saying he will be like his uncle and will take care of Bhola.

Despite being told to rest, Chakram takes Bhola to his room. Bhola thinks about Ganga taking care of him and feels better because he’s no longer scared of Rukmani. However, Rukmani confronts Bhola with a whip, threatening to punish him. Bhola stands up for himself, saying he’s innocent and won’t accept unfair punishment. He demands respect and says he won’t stay where he’s not appreciated, and insists Rukmani takes care of his basic needs.
