The story starts with Mama ji and Shivani telling Prisha to study hard. Then they leave. Prisha locks the door behind them and goes out. Sumedh sees Rukmani holding her head because of a headache. He tries to give her a pill for it. But when he throws the medicine strip wrapped in a cloth, it accidentally falls on Rachna, who shouts. This wakes everyone up. Kesar asks Rukmani to keep Sumedh’s muffler, and when Rukmani notices the medicine, Mama ji and Shivani return home. They’re shocked to see the broken door lock. Shivani worries about what might happen if Kesar finds out Prisha was at home.
In the morning, Rukmani thanks Sumedh for giving her the medicine and asks him to teach her how to make tea. Rachna informs everyone that Rukmani is making tea, and Kesar expresses that her mornings require Sumedh’s tea. Kareena suggests trying Rukmani’s tea, and Sumedh helps her, even though he has a burn on his hand. Rukmani says it seems like he knows how to make tea well, and Sumedh shares that he learned from his father when he was young, and misses him. Rukmani also expresses missing her mother. Eventually, Rukmani serves the tea, and everyone enjoys it. Kesar comments that it’s good but not as good as Sumedh’s.
Later, while they’re about to leave for Darshan, they throw the food plates outside the bin, but Rukmani stops them, saying it’s not right, and the government has provided dustbins. Kesar gets annoyed but Rukmani insists on doing the right thing. Kesar scolds Sumedh for not following the rules properly and asks him to take a bath again before entering the temple. Rukmani, feeling embarrassed, starts picking up the garbage while Kesar and others watch. Kesar instructs her to take a bath and change clothes before coming to the temple.
