The episode begins with Bakula urging Piyush to stop the marriage if he can see her life getting ruined. Piyush heads towards the wedding ceremony. Meanwhile, Rukmani accidentally drops a letter into the fire during the rituals, but Sumedh swiftly pulls her hand back to prevent her from getting hurt. Bakula tells Piyush that he can go and intervene, but he must also take responsibility for his father. Despite Piyush’s hesitation, Sumedh and Rukmani continue with the wedding rituals.
Suddenly, Malhar arrives and expresses his desire not to witness a shattered version of himself. As he walks, he accidentally collides with a man, causing a ring box to fall from his pocket. While Sumedh and Rukmani proceed with the wedding rounds, Malhar notices the fallen ring box but cannot leave it behind. As he bends to pick it up, he is struck by a passing car and collapses on the road, unconscious.
Meanwhile, the pandit instructs Sumedh to apply sindoor on Rukmani’s forehead to complete the marriage ceremony. Despite the tension, Kesar assures Arvind not to worry and takes charge of ensuring Rukmani’s safety. Sumedh fills Rukmani’s maang with orange sindoor, signifying their marriage. After the ceremony, Kesar replaces the traditional sindoor with Kesar powder, symbolizing their family’s pride.
With the mangalsutra ceremony completed, everyone rejoices and blesses the newlyweds. Kesar announces the beginning of the Bidaai ritual, expressing her eagerness to take Rukmani home. Meanwhile, Mama ji is informed about Malhar’s accident but decides not to leave the wedding. Rukmani, feeling emotional, prepares to leave with Bakula and Sonal.
Bakula advises her to be a good daughter to Arvind and find happiness in her new home. As the family discusses the Vidaai ceremony, Arvind requests everyone to treat Rukmani with care, considering the hardships she has faced. Piyush takes Rukmani aside and encourages her to make Sumedh promise to clear her name and support her in fulfilling her dream of becoming an IPS officer, for the sake of their parents and himself.
