Arjun looks at Kashvi. A romantic song is playing in the background. Kashvi is busy working in the kitchen. She notices Arjun, who is dressed as a nurse, staring at her and accidentally cuts her finger. Arjun rushes to her aid and sucks on her finger to stop the bleeding. Kashvi wonders why she’s feeling this way, especially since Sunaina is a girl. Arjun, still in nurse attire, explains that he knows first aid and offers to get the first aid kit. However, Kashvi declines, saying she’s okay. Arjun then jokes about giving her a magical kiss to make it better. Just then, the doorbell rings.
Arjun opens the door to find Karun standing there. Karun greets him and calls him “Aunty.” Kashvi sees Karun and invites him inside.
Karun sits down, and Arjun wonders why he’s there and decides to find out. Kashvi asks Karun why he came alone. Karun explains that he went to her office but couldn’t find her, so he came to her house instead. Kashvi offers him a sandwich and heads to the kitchen, instructing Arjun to go massage Sushma. Arjun complies and goes to Sushma, who complains about his tardiness. Arjun apologizes and starts massaging her feet.
Meanwhile, Karun enjoys the sandwich and expresses his gratitude to Kashvi. Kashvi brushes off his thanks. Karun shares that his dad is not at home because he’s on a mission, which has caused tension between his parents. He expresses his love for his mom and his longing for his dad. Kashvi wonders where Arjun went.
Karun asks Kashvi to talk to his dad and make things better between his parents. Kashvi assures him she’ll speak to Aditya. Kashvi then confronts Arjun, who has returned, about Karun’s claim. Arjun seems puzzled by Kashvi’s somber mood.
Later that night, Kashvi texts Arjun to meet her in the garden. Arjun quickly changes into regular clothes and pretends to be surprised when Kashvi arrives home, using a shortcut. Kashvi demands to know who sent him on a mission. Arjun deflects, reminding her that they’re exes and that she’s asked him to stay out of her life as she’s Adi’s wife. Kashvi insists she’s asking for Karun’s sake.
