The story begins with Dhawal looking after Amba. Amrish arrives and asks Amba what’s wrong. Amba explains that Isha left with Chiku, and she feels ignored while everyone celebrates. Amrish admits they don’t care much about Isha and Natasha because they insult him, but the event will continue. Dhawal, not noticing his phone, reassures Amba they’re all there for her and asks her to join. He leaves, and Natasha calls Dhawal urgently, seeking his help.
Meanwhile, Shesh and Mittu plead with an inspector to let their car pass, which he initially denies. Shalini intervenes, persuading the inspector to allow them through. Elsewhere, Dolly, Pranali, and Hetal cook together, suspecting Natasha was in trouble. Dhawal arrives and inquires about Natasha, but Pranali explains she stayed behind at the Pandya store. Concerned, Dhawal feels Natasha might take drastic steps if they break their agreement, admitting they fear losing him. He reassures them he’s not going anywhere, but Natasha, overwhelmed, pleads with Suman to wake up.
Amba notices Natasha’s call on Dhawal’s phone as he searches for it. Amrish urges him to join an investor meeting. Later, Shalini, Natasha, Shesh, and Mittu rush Suman to the hospital. After the doctor’s assessment, they’re told Suman is in critical condition due to a stroke, exacerbated by the delay in reaching the hospital. The doctor advises taking her home, but Natasha, distraught and blaming herself, lashes out at the doctor. Shesh apologizes and promises to arrange for her care at home.
Amrish and Dhawal intervene in a fight between two men at the hospital, hoping for peace. Natasha, still upset, argues with Shesh, vowing to find the best doctor for Suman. Shesh, blaming Natasha for the turmoil, insists they’ll take Suman home. In response, Natasha threatens drastic action if they try to take Suman away, determined to protect her at all costs.
