The story begins with Rishi talking to Malishka about leaving Paro by herself since nobody has come for her yet. Shalu is looking for Rohan’s family. Rishi holds Paro in his arms. Malishka wishes she could have had a honeymoon with him if this situation hadn’t happened. She thinks Rishi is stuck with Paro as if she were his own daughter and he can’t leave her. Malishka thinks he should hand Paro over to the police and leave, but he wants to wait until Lakshmi wakes up. Shalu and Ayush almost see each other, but they miss.
Lakshmi wakes up and asks about Paro. The nurse tells her to relax and says Paro is with her dad, Lakshmi’s husband. Lakshmi looks surprised.
Karishma tells Neelam that she doesn’t think Rishi will return. Dadi asks what she means. Karishma says she’s telling the truth. A lady constable and an inspector come to Lakshmi and ask for her statement against Ranjeet. Lakshmi insists on seeing Paro. The inspector says Paro is safe. Rishi brings Paro to Lakshmi’s room. He tells the inspector that Paro wants to see her mother. Paro goes in. Just as Rishi is about to follow, Malishka gets a call from Karishma saying their mom had a heart attack. Rishi gets worried. Malishka suggests they leave. Ayush arrives and gives something for Paro before leaving with them. Paro tells Lakshmi that hugging her dad felt good and calls him Superman. Shalu arrives and hugs Lakshmi. Paro looks for Rishi. The nurse tells them Rishi and the others left for Mumbai. Lakshmi feels sad they couldn’t meet him. Shalu suggests they might meet him another time. The nurse says Lakshmi can go home now. Shalu, Lakshmi, and Paro go to the reception. Shalu asks about the bill, but it’s already paid. Lakshmi says Mr. Oberoi paid. Dadi is happy to see them home. Lakshmi tells dadi Mr. Oberoi saved Paro and paid the bill. Dadi says Mr. Oberoi sees Paro as his own daughter now. Shalu asks Paro if she’s tired. Lakshmi feels bad they didn’t meet Rishi and shares a moment when she protected him. Paro mentions Rishi saved his wife many times.
Rishi worries about Neelam as they’re in a taxi. Paro calls, but Rishi says he’ll talk to her mom later. He asks the driver to let him drive and speeds home. Neelam says she’s fine, but Karishma confesses she lied to bring them back to the village. Ayush explains Rishi was stressed and drove fast to reach home. Neelam scolds Rishi for going despite her warnings and leaving her alone. She asks why he risked himself for a stranger like Lakshmi. Rishi says he felt a strong urge to save Paro. Neelam blames Rishi and accuses Malishka of lying to protect him. She scolds Rishi for not considering the risk he put himself in and says relationships involve give and take, not just giving.
