The story begins with Paro cleaning Lakshmi’s wound and wrapping a cloth around her head. She blames herself, saying that if Ranjeet hadn’t kidnapped her, this wouldn’t have happened. Then a song plays, and she apologizes to her mom, kissing her hand. Ranjeet tells them to step back. Ayush throws a rod at Rishi, who then hits Ranjeet’s hand with it. Ranjeet shoves Malishka and tries to escape, but Ayush and the police catch him. Rishi asks if Malishka is okay, while Paro asks Lakshmi to say something. Ranjeet threatens Rishi, but Rishi tells him to come out first. Just as Rishi is about to go to Lakshmi, Malishka stops him, pretending to be scared, and asks him to take her out. The inspector instructs Ayush to take Malishka to the hospital, as she feels dizzy and sits in the car.
Lady constables take Lakshmi to the hospital in a jeep. Paro rushes out calling for her mom. A constable tells her to go to her dad. Rishi asks what happened to Paro’s mom, and the constable informs him she’s been taken to the hospital. Rishi decides to take Paro there and carries her. Paro reminds Rishi that she wants to slap Ranjeet, and he makes Ranjeet fall down while she slaps him for trying to marry her mom. Malishka is impressed and wonders if Paro is a handful. Rishi assures Malishka they’ll take her to the hospital. Paro says it’s a good hospital, where they probably took her mom. Rishi asks Ayush to take them there.
Shalu tells her grandma that Paro didn’t reveal their location. Grandma prays for everyone’s safety and expresses her disdain for Ranjeet. Shalu agrees that he’ll get punished and brings warm water for grandma’s feet, receiving her blessings.
The lady constable informs the inspector that she brought Lakshmi to the hospital. Not knowing her details, she tells the receptionist her name. Rishi, Malishka, Ayush, and Paro arrive at the hospital. Paro recognizes the constable and approaches her, while Malishka asks Rishi to take her to the doctor. Ayush goes with Paro. The constable asks Ayush if he knows Lakshmi, and he explains she’s Paro’s mom and a teacher. Paro calls Shalu and informs her about everyone’s arrival. Shalu decides to call them home, unaware of Lakshmi’s injury. The constable calls Shalu, asking her to come to the hospital because Lakshmi got hurt. Shalu informs grandma and decides to go.
Anushka calls Ayush, who reassures her that they’re all fine and at the hospital because Malishka got a minor injury. Neelam worries, but Ayush assures her Malishka is okay. The inspector says nobody can see Lakshmi before giving a statement to the police. Paro argues, saying she’s Lakshmi’s daughter, and the inspector allows her to meet. Shalu arrives at the hospital, learns Lakshmi’s ward number, and goes there, worrying about her. She expresses relief upon seeing Lakshmi and asks about her well-being. Rishi asks Ayush about Lakshmi’s condition, and Ayush says the inspector will take her statement once she regains consciousness. Malishka confirms she’s fine.
