The story begins with Jhanak talking to Anjana and Appu. Anjana tells Jhanak that she would have liked to keep her close if they lived separately. Jhanak promises to never forget them. Appu starts crying. Jhanak expresses her worries about the future, thinking about her marriage to Anirudh.
At the mall, Anirudh asks for bridal sarees and selects expensive ones. Anjana questions Jhanak about her marriage, and Jhanak pretends to have forgotten about it. Anjana sees through her and comforts her as Jhanak breaks down in tears. They share a hug, and Appu also joins in.
Later, Shrishti suggests to Arshi that she should marry and move abroad to avoid the complexities of a joint family. Appu expresses concern about her health and suggests Jhanak marry Anirudh. Jhanak tries to stop her, but Appu insists, even bringing a garland from the temple, teasing them about getting married.
In the end, Anirudh reminisces about his marriage, hinting at a potential future with Jhanak.
