The scene opens with Bulbul perusing Veer’s letter, wherein he explains that she mistakenly consumed Bhang the previous day and advises her to drink lemon water. Following his suggestion, she does so. Bulbul then realizes it’s 7 am and she needs to prepare for the morning prayer, or puja. Veer confides in Sulakshana about Bulbul’s accidental consumption of Bhang, to which Dhristi questions how a responsible daughter-in-law could make such a mistake. Sulakshana defends Bulbul, citing human error and even recalls a similar incident from her own past. As they witness Bulbul engaging in the puja, Veer chooses to ignore her, causing Dhristi to offer to fetch some kheer. However, Bulbul informs her that she has already prepared the Bhog.
Veer reveals to Sulakshana that he has exposed Rana Chundawat, and as a result, his department will be felicitating him soon. Bulbul seeks an explanation, which Vayu provides, and Sulakshana instructs Bulbul to ensure nothing goes wrong during the event. Dhristi then pressures the priest to hasten the preparation of the horoscope, warning him that he won’t receive his fee otherwise. Later, Bulbul questions Veer about his lack of food intake, offering him sweets as prasad. As Veer hurriedly leaves, Bulbul wonders if her intoxicated words offended him. She contemplates whether he has discovered the truth. Gita informs Bulbul that she is aware of everything, leading Bulbul to reassure her, adding that she obtained permission from Maasa and Baba sa. Dhristi, suspicious, asks if everything is alright, to which Bulbul responds that their relationship is unbreakable.
Meanwhile, Veer ponders Bulbul’s feelings for him, acknowledging her unwavering dedication. Encouraged by a colleague, he decides to gift something to his wife. Dhristi advises Bulbul to surprise Veer and express her admiration for him. Though reluctant at first, Bulbul agrees to Dhristi’s suggestion. Vardhan informs Bulbul that the decorator has canceled, prompting her to request two hours to decorate the house herself. Impressed with her efforts, Vardhan praises her creativity. Veer expresses gratitude for his loving family and presents Bulbul with a saree for the upcoming event, which she appreciates. However, she accidentally drops the letter accompanying the saree. Dhristi discovers the letter and reads Veer’s heartfelt message about Bulbul’s choice of attire reflecting her desire to spend her life with him.
As Bulbul returns, Dhristi warns her that Veer’s discovery of the letter could lead to discord in their relationship. Dhristi attempts to cut the saree, fearing its implications. Fortunately, she manages to conceal herself when Veer enters. Overhearing Veer’s anticipation of seeing Bulbul in the saree, Dhristi refrains from her actions. Later, Veer warmly welcomes the DIG and his wife, eager to show them Bulbul’s presence. However, he notices she hasn’t worn the saree he gifted, leaving him disheartened.
