Scene 1:
Mandira confronts Shakti, revealing that she knows Shakti has been harboring Shiv, suspected of killing Gayatri, in her car trunk. Shakti denies it, but Mandira insists that Shiv must come out. When Shakti tries to drive away, Mandira warns her that she’ll have to kill her to leave. Unmoved, Shakti drives off, determined to protect Shiv at any cost.
Mandira informs everyone that Shakti fled with the car, but she doesn’t know where she went. Ragunath recalls Shakti’s promise to protect Shiv and explains to the inspector that Shakti left to get medicine for Dadi due to her medical studies. Despite the inspector’s warning that they could all be implicated if Shiv is guilty, Ragunath maintains Shiv’s innocence and urges Mandira to let Shakti handle things.
Shakti takes Shiv to Manorama’s house, where he is visibly distraught, unable to stop mentioning Gayatri’s name. Manorama comforts him, explaining that his grief will subside with time. Meanwhile, Mandira discusses with Padma Ragunath’s sudden support for Shakti and Keertan’s task of retrieving Shiv’s phone to delete incriminating evidence.
Shakti tries to care for Shiv, who remains silent and distant, lost in memories of Gayatri. Despite Dharam’s somber observation, Shakti continues to embrace and comfort Shiv. Manorama, however, burns Shiv’s clothes as a symbolic gesture of moving forward.
As Shakti offers food to Shiv, he initially refuses but eventually eats silently from her hands. Meanwhile, Keertan retrieves Shiv’s phone, ensuring Mandira’s plans remain undetected, and informs her of their success, setting the stage for their next move.
