The episode commences with Suguna confronting Piyush and Sumitra about their alleged plan to kill Daakini. Sumitra urges her to keep her voice down. Suguna expresses her lack of concern for herself, having lived her life, but questions why they would risk their lives. Piyush argues that death is inevitable anyway, and they would regret not trying. Sumitra agrees, stating they’ve convinced themselves and asks Suguna to reveal where Daakini can be found. Suguna explains that Daakini isn’t physically located anywhere; instead, they must create a “Satya Darpan” (Mirror of Truth). She elaborates that the elders of the household must sacrifice their blood and confess their life’s truths to a mirror, unknown to anyone else. If the mirror deems it true, it transforms into the Satya Darpan. Sumitra hesitates, mentioning Raja Saheb.
They approach Vikram, who rebuffs them, having just escaped death himself and being approached about Nikki’s proposal. Meanwhile, Bhavani Singh and Prateik investigate the nearby village for information on Daakini. Learning about missing bodies and Daakini’s tendency to steal corpses before marriage, they inquire about her whereabouts near a well before being warned away.
Nikki reveals to Daayan their purported plan to defy her, prompting Daayan to seize her. Nikki quickly retracts, professing their loyalty and subservience. Daayan leaves, and Nikki warns Vikram of Daakini’s greater threat compared to Daayan. She expresses her love for them and pleads for support, emphasizing the need for Daayan’s tears as a weapon. Vikram relents, offering the tears for the ritual. Nikki expresses gratitude as they prepare to depart.
