Act 1
Keertan lunges towards Shiv, but Shakti swiftly intervenes, throwing him aside. Meanwhile, outside the ICU, Manorama and Gayatri attempt to enter, only to be obstructed by Mandira. Inside, Keertan grabs an injection, poised to administer it to Shiv. However, Shakti confronts him, ripping off his mask. In a desperate move, Keertan shoves her away and leaps out of the window, fleeing the scene. Shakti rushes to Shiv’s side, embracing him.
Mandira barges in, forcibly separating Shakti from Shiv, and escorts her out. The rest of the family gathers, puzzled by the commotion. Mandira accuses Shakti of attempting to murder Shiv, presenting the injection as evidence. She exposes Manorama and Gayatri, claiming they were also involved. Padma produces their discarded sarees found in the changing room.
Shakti defends herself, asserting she was trying to protect Shiv from Keertan. However, Ragunath urges Shakti to desist and suggests involving the police. Shakti insists on her innocence, while Rimjhim pleads for calm. Dadi expresses relief that Shiv is safe and vows to ensure justice. Gayatri protests their innocence, but Dadi rebukes her harshly. Just as the inspector arrives to arrest them, Shiv emerges from the ICU, exonerating Shakti.
The family is stunned by his unexpected appearance. Shakti rushes to him, embracing him as he confirms his well-being. Shiv chastises the police for hasty action and exposes the truth behind his condition. He dismisses the deceitful doctor and reassures his family of Shakti’s innocence. Determined to uncover the true culprit, Shiv bids the family farewell, promising to return with Shakti. As they depart, Gayatri wishes Shiv a happy birthday, while Dadi bestows her blessings. Shiv vows to make their enemies pay, leaving with Shakti to confront the lingering challenges ahead.
