The episode begins with Rupal showing a saree to Sumedh. She tells him that Kesar has made this saree for Rukmani. Sumedh smiles and remembers Kesar’s words. Sumedh explains that it’s enough that Kesar is building a connection with Rukmani, and he’s sure Rukmani will bridge the gap between them. Rachna brings haldi for Rukmani at her house, and Sonal compliments Rukmani’s appearance.
Shivani teases Rukmani about not receiving any gift or letter from Malhar, but she reassures her that Rukmani has sent a special gift. Rachna presents a shagun saree made by Rukmani for Shivani’s wedding. However, Rukmani becomes scared and throws the saree, fainting afterwards. Kesar is shocked and questions what happened.
