The episode begins with Anirudh coming downstairs and asking why someone hasn’t left yet. Choton explains that the family was scolding Jhanak and not letting her leave. Anirudh worries about losing his position at work and tells Choton to take her if he has time. Shubh mocks Choton, but he insists on accompanying Jhanak, not as her attendant, but as himself. Bipasha disagrees, but Choton is firm and believes in respecting Jhanak’s work. He asks Jhanak to come along.
Jhanak seeks blessings from Dadi, but Dadi disapproves of her decision to go for the shoot. She feels that dancing is not a noble profession. Jhanak respects Dadi’s opinion and moves on. Shubh rudely refuses to bless her, and Tanuja, another family member, also dismisses her. However, Anjana supports Jhanak and wishes her well. Anirudh steps back as Jhanak approaches him, but he eventually wishes her luck. Despite the family’s mixed reactions, Jhanak leaves for the shoot with Choton.
